HÉCTOR OVIEDO Y SU HABANA7 ORQUESTA

Hector Oviedo y Su Habana7 Orquesta is an Cuban Timba group formed in 2013 by the Cuban legendary artist and director Héctor Oviedo Abreu. It consists of thirteen hand picked and extraordinary musicians who are based in different countries; Sweden, Finland, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain.

 

The mix of this wide range of internationally based members has created a natural way for the band to mix Cuban music with international popular music genres. The musical themes talks about the everyday life, love and etc. 

 

Habana7’s songs are now played at the clubs around Europe and all the way to Japan and Cuba. They are also currently working on a new album and recently started a cooperation with Suxess Management who represents and manage the group.
