Why should I apply?

Being represented by a management creates more job opportunities. You can also get more promotion, get advice from our artist managers and help to get up your salaries. Being part of the community you also get to meet other artists and you might find new collaborations and colleges. 

Suxess Mgmt knows how the business works and can help you to "get a foothold in the industry".

For jobs where own costumes are required (such as dance gigs) the management also offers you to borrow costumes.

Does it cost anything?

No, it's free of charge to be a part of Suxess Management. The agency gets income via commission, usually from the deal they make with the talent or the from fee for the company that books the talent.

Can I belong to various agencies/managements?

The majority of our artists are not exclusive and are free to be signed up with multiple agencies. They can accept offers from anyone without the representation by Suxess Mgmt and take care of their own schedule. A few of our artists are exclusive which means they are represented by Suxess Mgmt only. All the work is arranged by the management; such as scheduling, conflict of interest, deals and promotion.
